Memory Care, Alzheimer's and Dementia Unit

Tate Springs Health and Rehabilitation offers care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.  A secure floor offers a separate, safety-enhanced unit, specially trained staff, therapeutic programming, and family participation. Hand safety rails are in all areas, there is a departure-alert door system and emergency call lights.



Personal care with an emphasis on dignity and independence. A range of care settings is offered for people at various stages of Alzheimer's disease and related memory disorders. Since the disease is progressive, an individual's stage of affliction often will determine the level and type of care required.



Family programs and support groups are a key component of all programs. The center is licensed for Medicare and Medicaid and also accepts private insurance carriers.
