Glenmore Yoga offers various massage services. Therapeutic Massage is offered to relieve pain and discomfort and to reduce stress.
Glenmore Yoga and Wellness Center is a place for people of all ages, shapes and sizes to practice yoga, have a therapeutic massage by a certified massage therapist, check out books and videos from the Holistic reference library, participate in Saturday seminars and sip herbal tea with friends.
Swedish and Deep-Tissue massage is available, as well as Reflexology and Thai Yoga Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Reiki.
