Saber Healthcare, Clarksville Health and Rehab, Nursing Home

Clarksville Health and Rehab is a Nursing Facility which is part of Saber Healthcarae.  Capacity is 150 beds. Residents enjoy all the amenities of rural living as well as the benefits of a community specially designed with their comfort, safety and personal needs in mind. Secured memory care is also available.



Each resident is an individual with his or her own life story, beliefs and needs and that he or she is entitled to live a safe and comfortable life as independently as possible. Residents and their families are included in all individual care plan meetings and we encourage families to participate in all aspects of life at MeadowView Terrace.



Physical, occupational and speech therapy are available on-site, and our professionally trained nurses and certified nursing assistants are there for our residents twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Using the wellness approach to health care, we focus on the strengths and abilities of our residents and work as a team to help them remain as healthy and independent as possible.
