Shepherd's Center of Chesterfield offers free transportation to medical appointments and to pick up prescriptions. A pool of drivers volunteers their time making it possible to get to medical appointments and grocery shopping for those who do not drive, do not have a car or do not have access to public transportation. Prescriptions can also be picked up on the return trip. The service is free, however, donations are accepted, to cover the cost of gas. Transportation is not wheelchair accessible. The service area is limited to zip codes in Chesterfield.
