Who We Are
Care-4-U is a local company located in Richmond Virginia that offers personal care service 3-24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Our caregivers are CPR & First Aid certified, screened through a background check and supervised, bonded, licensed and insured.
Service Most Routinely provided: Meal preparation (including special diet) medication administration/reminders, housekeeping, bathing,dressing, toileting, grocery shopping, transportation, routine wound care, errands, respite and companionship.
The Process: Call the office and a CARE-4-U Coordinator or an RN arranges a free consultation at your residence to meet with you and or family and other interested individuals. We discuss the safety of your home, health conditions and any specific needs. The Coordinator or RN then discusses the services that we provide. A written plan is then developed which outlines specific services, schedules and client preferences. The care plan can be changed to include or excludes any services. The service agreement is then signed which underlines rights and responsibilities of both parties. We select a caregiver that will be compatible with you and your needs. On the first scheduled visit the Caregiver(s) that will fulfill the assignment is introduced to the client prior to the first shift.
Routine Service:Meal preparation, bathing/toileting, grocery shopping, errands, medication reminders, doctors appointments, companionship, housekeeping, medication administration, bladder and bowel programs, etc.

Services are tailored to each consumer's needs and provided with care, respect and dignity and in the comfort of their home.
