Who We Are
Gentiva Hospice services are offered to all people during the end of life's journey. Staff of RNs, CNAs, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, Bereavement Counselors, and Physicians specialize in caring for those with a terminal diagnosis. Care is provided to patients with many types of diagnoses, including Alzheimer's, COPD, strokes, renal failure, and cancer. Ask about the 14 service standards that reflect a commitment to quality patient care. The teams of care providers serve patients in their own homes, a friend's home, nursing homes, long-term care or assisted living facilities, or hospitals.
Our goal is to process admissions within three hours of receipt of the physician’s certification 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
