Who We Are

Home I.V. Care is a home infusion therapy provider for over 200 different diagnosis, allowing alternative to hospitalization. Specialists combine experience and knowledge to manage antibiotics, pain management, chemotherapy, home liquid nutritional supplements and specialty therapies to patients in their homes.



Delivers respiratory medications, (tube enteral) feedings, TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) and oral liquid nutritional supplements to patients.



Home I.V. Care and Nutritional Service provides pharmaceutical services to patients throughout the entire state of Virginia, as well as to areas of Maryland, North Carolina and West Virginia that are close to Virginia's borders.



Services will be reviewed for appropriateness for home care and if indicated, prescription medications will be confirmed with the patient's physician.  On-call staff provide 24/7 services.
