Who We Are
Seniors Real Estate Specialists (SRES) help seniors make wise decisions about selling a home, downsizing, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate. Skills in interpersonal relationships, problem solving, negotiation and trust-building. Member of Senior Advantage Real Estate Council. A Specialist will counsel with you to determine current and future health, housing, financial and lifestyle needs, as well as explore legal and tax issues, financial options and estate plans as relate to housing desires and needs.
Seminar options are also available to adult church groups, classes, as well as community organizations. A presentation with chance for questions is offered. If desired, Mr. Woodard can be joined by members of Planning Partners (a resource pool of attorneys, financial planners, CPA's, moving experts and other service providers who are committed to serving the needs of seniors). Each presenter will speak ten minutes followed by any questions. A program can be developed for a particular group. To arrange a planning meeting or seminar, call the office.
