Congregate Meals, Hiltons

Hiltons United Methodist Church provides a congregate nutrition site which serves a nutritious, hot, noontime meal. Each site offers a variety of activities, exercise, health education, health screenings, music and storytelling, quilting and crafts. Current events and other topics of interest to older citizens are an important part of the program. These sites operate as part of Mountain Empire Older Citizen's (MEOC) Wellness Is Now (WIN) initiative. Most WIN Centers also provide community group respite service during regular hours of operation.



This site is open on Thursdays from 9:30AM until 1:30PM at 2869 Hilton Road in Gate City.
