Who We Are

Synergy HomeCare of Virginia Beach (Synergy) offers transportation to individuals currently enrolled in a program at Synergy.  Transportation can be provided to shop for groceries, run errands, travel to a doctor's appointment, social outings, trip to the library or visit a friend.
