Who We Are

Southern Made Home Care provides personal assistance services to individuals with a disability. The care staff and caregivers provide essential home care assistance to older adults, individuals with disabilities and those recovering from illness, injury, or a hospital stay. With personal care services, caregivers help individuals with their activities of daily living, including assistance with ambulation, dressing, eating, toileting and more. Assistance is also provided with medication management, exercising, eating or tube feeding,skin care and more.

Southern Made Home Care creates a personalized care plan for every client and will match individuals with a qualified caregiver that suits their personalities and standards.
