Who We Are
Pulaski Area Transit was started on October 1, 2005, with a Demonstration Grant from the Virginia Department of Rail & Public Transportation for $171,000, using (two) 12-passenger buses running 16 hours of service per day. It has grown considerably since then. However, the continuation of public transportation depends on usage by citizens of Pulaski and having the money required by the Town of Pulaski to continue offering transportation.
Drivers are dedicated to making rides safe, reliable, and comfortable. If you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns, please call 540-980-5040.
All vehicles are wheelchair accessible and those who qualify for ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) services may ride the fixed route free of charge.
