Who We Are

The Virginia Office on Volunteerism and Community Services (OVCS), within the Virginia Department of Social Services, is the lead agency for volunteerism and service for the Commonwealth of Virginia.  We believe volunteers build strong communities and have a lasting impact on the areas they serve.
