Who We Are
Pathways in Aging offers an Aging Life Care Manager, or Geriatric Care Manager, Heather Suri, to help navigate you through difficult aging issues. Care management can guide you through assessment, education, community and private service referrals, senior housing options, advocacy, and care coordination.
Services can include overseeing care services, insurance benefit review, bringing in help with finances and legal concerns, and more.
