Caregiver Support, Transition Points

The Arc of Northern Virginia provides transition services. Transition POINTS (Providing Opportunities, Information, Networking and Transition Support) provides parents, siblings and other caregivers with the information and support they need to make decisions at key points across the lifespan of their loved one with ID/DD.  It includes resource materials, webinars, and workshops on the topics of early intervention, education, employment, housing, and aging with a disability.
