Physical Therapy

Millennium Home Health can provide physical therapy services to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, i accordance with a physician's plan of treatment, taking into account individual patient's special or age related needs, including loss of function, gait and transfer training.  Therapeutic exercises, equipment management, prosthetic training and restoring functions for activities of daily living are also available.
