Who We Are
Generation Solutions offers geriatric care management services. Professionals who specialize in managing the care of elderly clients by assisting them with care decisions. They have training and background in gerontology and related care professions. The Geriatric Care Manager works alongside the client and family to assist with plans to remain at home. Other times they may fill a support role when the family lives out of town. Care Management includes: Assessment, Education, Home Care, Consultation, Advocacy, Support, Placement and Crisis Intervention.
