Personal Home Management offers seniors who wish to remain at home a monthly service of ongoing maintenance for your home:  inside, outside, appliances, auto and contracting jobs.



Services include maintenance from hvac filters, water tank flush, dryer vent cleaning, fridge coil cleaning, monthly property inspection and much more. Other services can include disaster response after a storm, checking on property or animals while you are out of town, event planning, catering services, inspection of roof, foundations, landscaping, weed spraying, trash removal, and more.



We arrange and supervise outside contractors and vehicle maintenance.
