Who We Are
Galax Health and Rehab is a skilled nursing facility located in Galax, Virginia, less than two miles from Twin County Regional Hospital. At Galax Health and Rehab we offer both long and short term care with services ranging from diabetes management and wound care to physical, speech and occupational therapy. Because we understand the importance of socialization, we also offer many activities, including spiritual services, bingo and cooking. Capacity is 120 residents.
Skilled nursing services are provided 24 hours a day by our professional and caring teams of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Rehabilitation Therapists, Certified Nursing Assistants, and many others. Individualized care plans are designed to meet the specific nursing and rehabilitation needs of each patient. Based on each individual’s unique needs, services may include:
