Prescription Medication Program for Homeless Individuals

St. Columba Ecumenical Ministries offers a Prescription Medication Program specifically for homeless individuals who are in need of assistance with prescription medications.  Prescriptions for narcotics, psychotropic medications and other medications that are deemed unnecessary will not be filled.  Clients in need of this assistance must be referred by their case manager.  All referrals are done by fax and usually processed the same day when received Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM.



This program is funded through the City of Norfolk's Human Services Grant (HSG), Sentara and private foundation monies.
