Emergency Assistance for Food, Fuel and Utilities, Roanoke

Commonwealth Catholic Charities (CCC) provides emergency financial assistance at the Roanoke and Norton locations. The ability to assist particular emergencies is dependent upon a variety of funding streams, and CCC may not be able to assist in every case.  Assistance can be provided for:

Financial Assistance for past due rent/mortgage and utilities. A client must call to make an appointment. Call 540-278-1633 and leave a message. You will be contacted by staff to schedule an appointment.

• The Roanoke Food Pantry at St. Francis House, 820 Campbell Avenue, SW, Roanoke VA 24016, is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM until 11:30 AM.  The Food Pantry can be reached at 540-342-7561, ext. 319, or send an email to svc.StFrancisHouse@cccofva.org.  The pantry is closed the First Tuesday of each month.  No appointment is necessary; just bring your photo ID with you.
