Who We Are

Virginia Hospital Center (VHC) offers many support groups to address health issues of concern and to create connections for people in need of support. Visit Support Groups for online meetings.

No on-site classes until further notice. However, support groups may meet virtually.  The CRC staff continue to be available by phone and email for all support needs. Contact Shari Sitron at 703.558.5555 or ssitron@virginiahospitalcenter.com with questions.

VHC offers an Alzheimer's & Dementia Caregivers Support Group that is free and open to the public.  The group meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 10 am using Zoom video conferencing.  

Parkinson's Side y Side Support Group meets twice a month online on Zoom.  Caregivers meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month; individuals with Parkinsons meet on the 4th Tuesday of the month. Both meet from 10 am until 11:30.  Register here
