Who We Are
Home Recovery Home Aid provides personal care in the home by nurses, aides, personal care aides or companions.
Personal Care Aides - perform basic health-related services, such as helping with ambulation/exercises, assisting with self-administered medications, reporting changes in the patient's condition and needs, or providing household services essential to health in the home.
Companion services are also available - may be one person to "live-in" or several people in shifts.
The service must be reasonable and medically necessary and ordered by a physician. Most of the recipients of this service are Medicare eligible. Medicaid and some private insurance will also reimburse for these visits. The program is designed to provide care while teaching patients and their families how to cope with problems arising from illness or disability. We also help patients use community resources if necessary.
