A care manager can offer counseling and consultation services, such as grief and loss issues and conflict concerning care issues.
GriatricCare Management offers a Friendly Visitor Program where care managers will visit a client in their home or in a care facility. The Friendly Visitor can also run errands, go shopping, take the client on outings (lunch, church or a concert).
