Who We Are
Monthly support groups run by a social worker at Circle Center Adult Day Services include a Family Support Group. This group meets twice a month. One session meets the second Thursday of the month via Zoom from 4:30 PM until 6:00 PM. The other session meets the fourth Thursday of the month at Circle Center from 2:30 PM until 4:00 PM. Social workers offer educational resources and caregivers share their challenges, successes, and struggle. Members of this group are actively caring for an individual who lives with them. Please call the office for more information.
The Parkinson’s group offers a breadth of knowledge about Parkinson’s and available resources in the Richmond area. The group meets the first Tuesday of each month from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM. Group members enjoy a pre-group meal together at Jason’s Deli, 1700 Willow Lawn Drive at 4:30 PM. This group is open to both caregivers and individuals who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s. All are welcome to the dinner, too.
