Alzheimer's Hope Program

Woodbine Rehab and Healthcare Center offers a full range of services for residents with Alzheimer's or other memory impairments in a special, secured wing. The Hope Program offers ongoing advances in the diagnosis, treatment and assessment of Alzheimer's disease.  The primary exit from this area is passcode protected and hallway exits feature the Wander Guard protection system.  A comprehensive team approach is used. The unit provides activities to meet the special needs of the Alzheimer's patient.
