Holiday House of Portsmouth is an Intermediate Care Facility serving twenty-eight intellectually disabled youngsters, aged four through twenty-one.



This Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) facility provides residential or long term care that has as its primary purpose the provision of health or rehabilitation services to 28 individuals with intellectual disabilities or related conditions. Care services may be funded by Medicaid.



Holiday House is designed to accommodate a broad range of emotional, physical, and cognitive issues presented by children and offers a complete package of therapeutic, educational, and recreational services that is unique to Hampton Roads



24 hour nursing service is available.
