Who We Are

Apartments Budgeting Counseling (A-B-C) provides an alternative to the homeless shelter for people who are denied housing in their own name due to no credit or poor credit or low-income.  The program helps low income, working -class families and individuals, as well as individuals with fixed incomes to obtain housing that is affordable by providing individualized case management that will help them address barriers to long term housing, like poor credit histories, itinerant rental histories, little or no savings and limited or very low income.

We help low-income families and individuals by providing affordable, stable housing and individualized case management that will help them address structural barriers to long-term housing like poor credit histories, itinerant rental histories, little or no savings, and low incomes.

Budget Counseling: Financial education for low-income individuals and families.

Service area includes southeast Fairfax County bounded by Rt. 95 to north and west, Potomac River to east and county line to south.

By appointment only.  Bus lines: Fairfax County Connector Bus Line 171 and the Richmond Highway Express Bus (REX)
