Who We Are

The Community Food Pantry is located at First United Methodist Church and is funded entirely by donations from local churches and individuals. The pantry is staffed by volunteers.  If you would like to volunteer, please stop by the pantry during its Monday or Thursday operation.

Donations of perishable food items, personal hygiene items and or monetary donations are always welcome and needed. Physical donations can be dropped off at the church at First United Methodist Church Hillsville, 225 Fulcher Street in Hillsville.

Intake Process
Telephone referrals accepted. Requests for food assistance are primarily referred by Carroll County Department of Social Services, but requests can be authorized by ministers in Carroll County Ministerial Association.
