Offers Cardiac Rehabilitative Services which is a monitored exercise program for people who have had a recent heart attack bypass surgery or angioplasty. A cardiac nurse therapist monitors each patient during exercise and provides a risk factor through stress management education the nurse therapist is also able to help you modify your life style for a healthier future.
