Riverside Convalescent Center, Hampton, offers comprehensive skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services to both short and long term care needs. Riverside has a Medicare skilled unit and long term care units. Offers private and semi-private rooms. Levels of care: respite, intermediate, skilled, hospice.



Provides Transportation to social and recreational appointments and for assisted living resident to go to medical appointments. Meals, hairstylist/barber and support groups on site. Owned by Riverside Health System - Riverside Regional Medical Center. The facility has a transfer agreement with Hampton General Hospital. Staff includes Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, a Dietitian, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and Speech Therapist.



Riverside is a skilled nursing facility which also offers Hospice care. Hospice care may be provided through local contract providers.



Rates include supplies but not drugs and barber/beauty charges. 130 beds available.
