Who We Are

Eastern Shore Area Agency on Aging offers free help to all residents with their Federal and Virginia tax returns.  IRS trained volunteers provide assistance in Exmore and Accomack offices. 

Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is now referring all requests for tax return preparation services to other available resources. Tax filers can take advantage of free tax preparation through Free File, Free File Fillable Forms or through a volunteer site in your community. For IRS telephone assistance for individuals, call (800) 829-1040 (toll free) or (800) 829-4059 (TDD), Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM.
