Who We Are

Fairfax County Commuter Services (FCCS) is a Transportation Demand Management (TDM) program that advocates alternatives to drive-alone commuting for residents and employees in the County. The program is operated by the Fairfax County Department of Transportation and is a member of Commuter Connections and provides commuters with free ridesharing information, including ridematching assistance to form or join carpools or vanpools.

Visit the Connector website to register into a regional database to match you with neighbors who share similar work schedules and travel patterns, or call FCCS for assistance. By sharing the ride with just one other person, you can cut your commuting expenses in half, use the Hight OccupancyVehicle (HOV) lanes to travel faster, and enjoy a less stressful commute.
