Richfield Recovery and Care Center offers skilled nursing care. Recovery & Care Center is a part of Richfield Retirement Community, a not-for-profit community offering options for independent living, assisted living, memory care, palliative care, skilled care and rehabilitative nursing care.
Richfield Recovery & Care Center is equipped to care for 315 patients. Our facility is licensed to participate in the Medicare and Medicaid programs, as well as various other insurance programs. We provide comprehensive nursing care ranging from a short rehabilitative stay to extended long-term nursing care. In addition to long term nursing care, the Recovery & Care Center offers two specialized programs of care:
Richfield's Progressive Rehab Program provides intensive rehabilitation services to promote physical healing and wellness. Our goal is simple . . . to help you return to your home ... your activities ... your life.
Richfield's Memory Care Program offers a program of care that is nurturing, safe and comfortable. This unit offers a dedicated Life Enrichment Coordinator, home-style dining and a family lounge.
