Who We Are
Lynchburg Public Schools prepare adults for the General Equivalency Diploma (GED). Teachers provide innovative teaching, guidance and personal counseling to install motivation in at-risk youth and adults to complete their high school program or GED, to increase their self-esteem, and to prepare them to meet life's challenges and opportunities successfully. Computer classes are available.
The Center offers classes for adults who would like assistance to improve their basic education skills.
The Adult Learning Center is located in the Amelia Pride Building at 1200-1208 Polk Street in Lynchburg. The direct number is 434-515-5160.
