Who We Are
Good Shepherd Senior Center at Good Shepherd Baptist Church offers socialization and fellowship. Persons 60 years of age and older come together for fellowship and fun each weekday between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm, Monday through Thursday. Lunch is provided by Senior Connections, the local Area Agency on Aging. Activities include Bible study, arts and crafts, trips, low-impact aerobics, crocheting, bingo, walking, and dominoes.
The program is accessible by bus, and off-street parking is available. The facility is handicapped accessible, but not for the hearing impaired. Transportation may be provided from the residence to the Center.
