Who We Are
Oakwood Health & Rehabilitation Center is located on the campus of Bedford Memorial Hospital and provides rehabilitation and therapy to patients. The 111-bed provides patient rehabilitation and recovery care for those individuals who are unable to receive rehab at home. The medical staff sees patients 18 and older with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic injuries and stroke.
