Team Nurse provides personal home care for clients and peace of mind for the family. Services include: companion care, bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation and feeding, light housekeeping, early morning and evening care, and adult and baby sitting to allow caregiver time away from care giving.



Additional services include:

• assistance with correspondence;
• help read and pay bills;
• monitor medical appointments;
• help with insurance claims, advice on insurance choices;
• arrange community resources (electric bill assistance, abused shelter resource, etc.);
• consult with family members;
• find home repair resources;
• assist with housing placement;
• help with moving and packing;
• completing Medicaid application;
• facilitate nursing home placement.
