The licensed therapists of H2 Health, formerly Heartland Rehabilitation Services, offer comprehensive rehabilitation programs and therapy services. Treatment programs delivered by the therapy team are custom-designed to meet the individual needs of each patient and based on these needs may include one or more therapy disciplines.
