Griefshare is for people who are grieving the death of a loved one. Griefshare groups meet weekly to help individuals face the challenges associated with the deep hurt of loss and help them move toward rebuilding their life. Each Griefshare session has 3 elements: (1) a video seminar with experts; (2) support group discussion; and (3) workbook-basked personal study and reflection.
