Skilled Nursing Care

Signature HealthCARE of Norfolk (formerly Harbour Pointe) offers skilled nursing care and long term care. Capacity is 172 beds.  Types of care can include cardiac care, orthopedic care, stroke recovery care, wound care, dialysis or hemodialysis care and IV therapy.



The main focus of the Health Services Division is the delivery of quality nursing services. The Center offers a full range of nursing and medical care to meet individual needs. Working with your physician, our staff, including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers, establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you to your fullest potential.



The length of stay in nursing home can be short term, while recovering, or long-term. Ultimately, the goal is to take care of people who, as a result of illness, cannot take care of themselves.



Diabetes management and treatment is available, as well as Nutrition Management.
