Who We Are
The Devonshire is a luxury Retirement Community consisting of 105 modern, fully equipped apartments for independent living. To accommodate your needs, we offer four types of apartments: Studio, Alcove, One Bedroom and Two Bedrooms. All of the apartments have wall-to-wall carpeting, fully equipped kitchens, extra large bathrooms, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, mini-blinds, sprinkler system and smoke alarm, an emergency communications system directly connected to the front desk, as well as many other features.
Items included in your monthly rent includes: utilities (except phone and cable TV) maintenance, housekeeping, a daily meal in our elegant dining room, 24-hour staffing, regularly scheduled nurse on duty, transportation to grocery / pharmacy shopping, banks and doctor's appointments, full-time activities personnel who plan social, cultural and recreational activities, aerobic and aqua exercise programs, free laundry and free parking.
Other amenities offered are: craft room, beauty / barber shop, large activities room, convenience store, exercise room, private party room, library, luxurious guest room suites and much more.
