Select Physical Therapy (formerly NovaCare Rehabilitation) provides preventative, rehabilitative, and performance-enhancing programs and services. We offer a comprehensive selection of core programs that are offered at most NovaCare centers to include physical therapy, hand/occupational therapy, low back rehabilitation, work injury prevention and management and sports performance and athletic training services. Specialty services such as aquatic therapy, geriatric rehabilitation/Senior Wellness, neurological rehabilitation, TMU rehab, vestibular rehab, osteoporosis and incontinence vary in availability.



Select Physical Therapy is part of the Select Medical Outpatient Division. Team provides preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote well-being.  We develop individualized treatment plans to help achieve each patient's specific goals.
