TerraBella Pheasant Ridge is a residential and assisted living facility with a memory care unit offering a safe and secure environment, appropriate for those with "roaming" behaviors. The facility offers 24 private accommodations, each with a private bathroom. Services include assistance with all activities of daily living, medication management, individual and group activity, respite services for temporary care, housekeeping, and laundry services, a minimum of two specially trained caregivers around the clock, a licensed nurse as Resident Care Director, and chef-prepared meals. Provides limited client transportation.
Respite care is available when space is available for assisted living and memory care.
