Who We Are
LOA Area Agency on Aging offers legal assistance to individuals who are unable to qualify for Legal Aid Services or cannot afford an attorney. The Legal Services Program serves clients age 60 and over. Clients may be provided with either information or case consultation. Issues include:
- Power of attorney documents, advanced medical directives
- Public benefits, such as Medicaid
- Living wills.
There is no charge for this service.
