Who We Are
Centra Home Health offers services that are developed to meet a patient's individual needs and include skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work and certified nursing assistants.
To meet the needs of terminal illness, we offer Hospice services and have a Hospice House to provide comfort and rest for patients and peace of mind for their loved ones.
AT&T Interpreter Services - available 24 hrs.per day for up to 140 languages. Office hours are weekdays; service hours are 24 hrs/7 days
