Who We Are

A primary goal of the Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority is to provide affordable housing for the citizens of Hampton.  Visit the website to find programs to help homeowners modify or repair their existing property.  Home Rehabilitation programs are also available that provide grant funds and low-interest loans to improve low-to-moderate income homes, making them safer and more accessible

Loan terms are based on household income, equity in the property and other criteria. Special conditions exist for residents that are 62 or older and for homes in Hampton Housing Venture Neighborhoods.
