Who We Are

Old Dominion Home Health Services is a full service agency whose major focus is to provide quality and professional nursing care to home bound patients.



Skilled nursing care offers wound care, medication management, nutrition support and more.

Physical, occupational and recreation therapy are offered in the home.



Clients can select from Registered Professional Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and MSW's. Old Dominion Home Health provides the following equipment for rental: Hospital Beds, Diabetic Supplies, Ostomy Supplies, Wheelchairs, Walkers and Canes.
