Who We Are
Wesley Housing (formerly Wesley Housing Development Corporation) has built or renovated 25 affordable rental communities in Northern Virginia. Qualifying income is up to 80% of the median income as defined by HUD. Residents generally pay 30% of their income as rent.
Four Community Resource Centers offer programs and services for children and families that support adults in their efforts to earn higher wages and attain economic independence. Programs include job development, ESOl and computer skills. Programs for seniors and disabled persons include therapeutic movement class, nutrition class, book discussions, arts and craft and socials.
