Who We Are

Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) has a goal of helping low to moderate-income families now living in public housing or Section 8 programs, to own their own homes.  RRHA can help determine if you’re a qualified home buyer and provide pre-homeownership counseling and even home maintenance training. RRHA will walk with you each step of the way on your path to becoming a homeowner. 

The Section 32 Homeownership Program assists low-income residents in purchasing a single-family home at reduced fair market value.
